StrengthenYour Immune System
Besides social distancing, wearing a mask and washing our hands, the other thing I want my patients, friends and family to be focusing on getting as healthy as we can. Here are my top recommendations for strengthening the body and immune system:
1. Sleep- try to get 7-8 hours a night
2. Eating nutrient dense foods- the more colorful your plate is the better!
3. Exercise- get your heart rate up for at least 20 min, 3 times a week
4. Lower stressors- yoga, meditation, talk therapy, and laughter
5. Acupuncture - obviously!
