PMS be gone

Anyone who experiences PMS, knows it’s the pits, but luckily, there’s a lot acupuncture can do to alleviate or completely relieve symptoms for good!

Some the of main symptoms I see are cramps, mood swings, fatigue, body aches, headaches, low back pain, anxiety, depression, mental fog, bloating, weight gain, digestion problems and acne.

According to Chinese medicine, all of these symptoms are coming from a range of root causes including an imbalance of hormones, qi or blood stagnation or deficiency, hot or cold stuck in the body, or blockages of qi.

I treat people who have been struggling with PMS for years and finally get some sustainable relief from acupuncture while preventing it from coming back because we are working at the root of the imbalances instead of just treating what is showing up.

In addition to using Acupuncture to treat PMS, I integrate my treatments with Chinese Herbal Formulas, cupping and heat therapy.  I recommend coming in once a week for a month, then twice a month, then once a month the week before your next cycle begins.  For more information, you can email me with any questions, click on my website or book your next appointment!
