I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist in Maryland and have been practicing since 2011.
Before pursuing Eastern medicine, I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bellevue University in Omaha, NE. I’ve lived in Baltimore for many years now and proud to call it home.
I am a compassionate healer who is dedicated in exploring your physical, mental, and emotional concerns while restoring balance and harmony. I believe in the power of embodying your true and authentic self and love to help my patients access their body’s wisdom.
I specialize in Women’s health. Whether you have irregular or painful periods, infertility problems, going through IUI or IVF treatments, having pregnancy or postpartum symptoms, or going through menopause, I am here to help.
I also have a particular interest in treating pain. Acupuncture is such an effective healing modality to treating any and all types of pain, acute to chronic. It’s so exciting to be able to give my patients relief from what is preventing them from living life fully.

Office Hours & Location:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00am – 8:00pm
2000 Girard Avenue, Baltimore, MD. 21211
New Patients are requested to fill out an initial intake form prior to your first appointment. This also contains insurance verification info and consent forms. Radiant Wellness is an in-network provider for: BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. We will verify your benefits and contact you to discuss the details within 24 hours.
New patients can expect to be at the office about 1.5-2 hours. Followup treatments are 45 minutes-1 hour. The time you spend at the office depends on several things, including the amount of time needed for us to discuss your health concerns and any additional modalities (such as cupping, gua sha, or herbal medicine).
Generally, followup treatments consists of 10-15 minutes of discussion time, followed by traditional diagnostic methods of tongue and pulse evaluation. At this point I will perform the acupuncture treatment, in which I insert about 10-20 sterile, single-use stainless steel acupuncture needles. You will be left to relax for approximately 30 minutes while the needles do their job! Patients report feeling very relaxed during this time, and many actually fall asleep. This calm, relaxed feeling usually lasts several hours to several days after the session.
Pre-Acupuncture Recommendations: Please arrive for your session well hydrated and having had a light meal a few hours prior. I recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
Post-Acupuncture Recommendations: I recommend resting as much as possible, drinking plenty of water, and refraining from vigorous exercise or alcohol consumption following your treatment. Your body needs time and energy to heal, so this is the best way for acupuncture to have maximum effect.

She also takes an overall wellness approach and has had such a positive impact on my life. Highly recommend!” -Kim S.
